Ecogain earns 2025 Great Place to Work certification™

Ecogain has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work® – the second year in a row. The certification is based entirely on what employees say about their experience at Ecogain, and this year’s results show a continued rise in overall satisfaction. Notably, the share of employees who feel they are offered training and development opportunities has increased by 23 percentage points.

Great Place to Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors that drive strong business performance, talent retention and innovation.

“We are honored to receive the Great Place to Work certification for the second consecutive year,” says Katarina Walter, CEO at Ecogain. “This recognition confirms the strength of our culture and our commitment to employee development and engagement – essential building blocks for Ecogain’s long-term growth.”

Over the past year, Ecogain has strengthened its learning culture, contributing to the improved results. All employees were offered CPR training, and weekly internal meetings now include regular knowledge-sharing sessions where colleagues teach within their specialist areas. In addition, an external expert has trained managers and employees in business communication and rhetoric, supporting both internal collaboration and client-facing trust-building.

"Great Place to Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience," says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work. She emphasizes that certification is the sole official recognition earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture. “By successfully earning this recognition, it is evident that Ecogain stands out as one of the top companies to work for, providing a great workplace environment for its employees."
